29 with thinning hair?

I'm 29 and it seems like my hair has become thinner over the past few years. By no means do i look balding but i seem to have less hair up front to play with. It's annoying. My hairdresser is my age and she said, women our age tend to start to have less hair in the front. No one ever told me this...and since i'm only 29 will this get worse? One of my best features has always been my thick hair...there's plenty in the back, but why is it getting sparse up front? ):

Do you have any problems with thyroid issues, such as weight gaining, cold intolerance, chronic pain, constipation, depression, fatigue, memory loss, neuropathy, etc. thyroid issues are not something that happened overnight, it is kind of like diabetes, where it takes multiple years to develop and you may be in a state that might not be apparent on lab testing, though it is very much there. One of the earliest signs of hypothyroidism is hair loss or thinning.

While it is common that women do had issues with their hair (40% of women will have this sometime in their life), it is not normal.

Below are links to two articles that I have written on more on the subject.

It may be your hormones, stress, and/or diet. Consider taking more Omega 3's from fish oils with good percentage of EPA and DHA and ground flaxseed. You may notice a difference within a couple of days. I've seen this make a difference in several people
