Hi Hun, from my experience I would have to say the answer is a big NO. I've dyed my hair several times and my hair is a thick as it's always been. I would think that hair thinning is mostly likely due to other problems other than hair dye. Dyeing your hair doesn't make it thicker either as one of your other answers suggested. One nice thing it does do usually is make it softer and more shiny which is nice. Good luck and have fun with your hair!!
