you can add more hair to your current hair to give it a more fuller look. my hair is short right now and im wearing weaves but i have seen women with their hair on the top and then some weave sewn or glued into the back part of the head. also there are quick weaves in which you can add to your hair to give a style and more fullness those are fun and are price friendly. i had shoulder length hair and then i got micro braids and it pulled all my hair out so i just cut it all off and its growing back evenly and good. you can also cut yours off its only hair it will grow back

use a volumizing shampoo, conditioner anddd mousse. blow dry it upside down too. that should help add some body to it and not make it look too thin. then straighten it after. =]
